Description This is a Hybrid Telework opportunity. The Work This position supports the Radars, Electronic Warfare & Acoustic Systems (REAS) focusing mainly on Strategic Spectrum Solutions (S3) Programs. Responsibilities Earned value management and reporting Financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting (including Monthly Outlook, Quarterly CSR, Annual Operating Plan) Interacting with program and financial management personnel to ensure alignment with company processes Preparing and presenting program‑level earned value and financial performance reports (including CSDR FlexFile) Cash Flow management (including invoicing and milestone/incentive negotiations) Basic Qualifications Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application to programs, including EVMS metrics and reporting experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and presentation skills Ability to work effectively within a team and in a self‑directed environment Current DoD TS, ICD704 Eligible Active Top Secret DoD security clearance with the availability to obtain TS/SCI U.S. Citizenship required Desired Skills Program Finance Lead experience on $50M+ programs, including monthly and quarterly program financial status preparation and analysis, orders, sales, EBIT and cash forecasts Earned Value Management Lead experience, understanding of PPMP and development of PPM documents Preferred EVM tools and systems expertise (Cobra, wInsight) Experience in Hyperion and SAP Experience with CSDR FlexFile Current TS/SCI clearance Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Top Secret with investigation or CV date within 5 years. Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. This role follows a 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week, with part of the schedule performed remotely and part performed at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
