The Opportunity

JIB Communications is growing its Allentown sales team and looking for motivated, personable individuals who want to build a real career in sales — starting now.

In this role you'll represent our clients' products and services through direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in the field. You'll be the first impression — meeting people where they are, having real conversations, and closing deals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting with potential customers face-to-face in assigned territories to present products and services

• Starting genuine conversations, identifying customer needs, and recommending the right solutions

• Guiding customers through the decision-making process and closing sales in the field

• Hitting daily and weekly activity and performance targets

• Logging customer interactions and outcomes accurately

• Attending daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and ongoing training

What We're Looking For

• A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people

• Self-motivated and accountable — you don't need someone standing over you

• Resilient and positive — you understand sales is a numbers game and you embrace it

• Professional, reliable, and punctual in the field

• High school diploma or GED

• No prior sales experience required — coachability and drive matter more

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Representatives typically earn $500–$600/week , with top performers regularly exceeding $800+/week . Your output directly determines your earnings.

Paid training is provided from day one — you'll be set up to succeed before you ever step into the field.

Schedule & Location

• Full-time (Monday–Friday, weekend availability optional)

• Allentown head office
