An innovative startup focused on youth mental health is seeking chat-based mental health coaches to provide support during school hours. The role requires a passion for youth well-being and flexibility as coaching hours can range from 1-3 per week. Compensation is $15/hour, and candidates must be available for the Clayful Coach Certification program.
