We are seeking Pediatric ENT Physician PRN to join our team. We welcome an experienced BC practitioner or a new BC/BE graduate. Program Highlights Vital program in an established and growing dynamic fully integrated non‑profit healthcare system Thriving multispecialty clinic setting provides pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, ENT, gastroenterology, nephrology, neurology, surgery, behavioral medicine, pulmonology, hematology/oncology, chronic care and radiology services 24×7 hospitalist services provide 116 beds combined among NICU, PICU and pediatric unit Three pediatric urgent care clinics staffed with pediatricians and pediatric nurses to care for ill children Systemwide EPIC electronic medical record system with dedicated onsite support Physician-friendly initiatives include a brand-new physician lounge with covered meals, gym and easy access parking Responsibilities Oversees and is accountable for overall quality of care and clinical outcomes of pediatric ENT patients, delivered by interdisciplinary team members to assure high quality patient care and outcomes Manages the physician/patient relationship, working to assure patient and family satisfaction with care Participates in system-wide health management initiatives Provides input into the practice site’s financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues Assists in the development and implementation of pediatric clinical and service standards Receives and resolves patient complaintsParticipates in the recruitment and replacement of other providers Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services and workshops Consults with and advises other providers regarding optimal and cost-effective treatment of pediatric patients Works to assure patient satisfaction with care Participates in team and multispecialty group meetings Maintains coding and encounter data standards for completeness, accuracy, timeliness and reimbursement level, including legible documentation Assists in leading Advanced Practice Clinicians in delivering appropriate patient education/care Performs other functions as required Qualifications
