Email Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Associate to join a global team supporting email marketing programs across North America. This is a hands-on role for someone who can not only build and deploy campaigns, but also advise stakeholders on targeting, campaign strategy, and best practices . The Ideal Candidate Someone who can go beyond simply building email campaigns —a candidate who can understand business objectives, recommend solutions, advise stakeholders on best practices, and use their technical expertise to execute campaigns accurately at scale. Build and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Work with Journey Builder and Automation Studio Use SQL to build and validate campaign audiences and targeting logic Manage campaigns from intake through QA, approvals, testing, and deployment Perform detailed QA to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and error-free Partner with marketing, distribution, technology, and data teams Advise stakeholders on campaign solutions, targeting strategies, and best practices Improve campaign workflows, targeting processes, and QA standards 5+ years of email/relationship marketing experience , preferably in financial services Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio Strong SQL and campaign-targeting experience Experience building multi-step customer journeys Proficiency with AMPscript Advanced HTML & CSS skills Strong QA mindset and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Stensul experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Russell Tobin
