Production Crew Chief

· Full-time (30 hours or more hours per week) once schedule builds with sales, days and hours will depend on customers’ needs however, most afternoon and evening work hours are required. Weekend work as needed and scheduled.
· Starting pay $22.50/hr. with incentive-based bonuses available once trained and meet requirements to perform experienced duties or potential salary with incentives. Potential Increased pay available once trained and no absences.
· Sign on Bonus
· Chattanooga based.
· Must have valid Driver’s license, able to drive service van, successfully meet approved background check, and passing driver record.
· Vacation pays available.
· Experience necessary, will need ServiceMaster training to Standard.
· Potential Management skills utilizing the practice of understanding, developing and deploying people and their skills to eventually run a crew. Must be a TEAM member working with other janitorial roles and positions.

WE are seeking a ServiceMaster Service Partner to become our Crew Chief to help us grow, sell, produce jobs, and belong to a team that works together to deliver the best solutions and customer service to our clients.
Our Crew Chief will be responsible for leading our Specialty production program helping us create, produce, and maintain special cleaning projects that will range from cleaning carpets to post construction cleaning projects. OUR Crew Chief will have solid responsibilities with expectations of being able to lead and work with team members to accomplish needs of our customers. and must be able to meet the following basic physical requirements:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 55lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a floor tech is highly desired but not required·
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time

CREW CHIEF Duties to include, but not limited to:
· Perform all floor cleaning and maintenance duties for facilities using ServiceMaster provided tools and procedures.
· Duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming, shampoo carpets, stripping, waxing, buffing. moving furniture, disinfecting, upholstery cleaning, project cleaning and meeting our customers’ needs to mention a few.
· Must achieve thorough understanding of buffing, stripping floors, waxing, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and identifying different flooring types.
· Ability to operate various floor equipment and machinery.
· Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
· Use proper PPE and safety equipment as required.
· Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required and Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.

Job Position Description:
Basic Function: Exceed the expectations of our customers through service delivery. Key Responsibilities and duties:
1. Maintain a positive professional attitude with customers and fellow workers.
2. Be on time for appointments.
3. Maintain a professional image.
4. Ensure paperwork standards are adhered to.
5. Collect all money due when jobs are completed, unless other arrangements have been made as noted on the work order.
6. Maintain cleanliness and order of assigned service vehicle.
7. Perform regular maintenance on equipment (includes truck mount as well as portable equipment).
8. Prepare truck for use the next day.
9. Provide estimates to customers.
10. Confirm email address with customers for the customer satisfaction survey.
11. Provide the customer with referral/discount offers.
12. Complete time card daily.
13. Perform service as requested in warehouse/office/field.
14. Attend all scheduled training events.
15. Perform all cleaning, service delivery services without supervision.
16. Utilize Crew Helper when assigned

Floor Technician Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Perform all floor cleaning and maintenance duties for facilities using ServiceMaster provided tools and procedures
• Duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming, shampoo carpets, stripping, waxing, buffing. moving furniture, disinfect floors with sanitizer, spot cleaning, cleaning of elevators and stairs
• Must achieve thorough understanding of buffing, stripping floors , waxing, and identifying different flooring types.
• Ability to operate various floor equipment and machinery
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE and safety equipment as required

Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.

Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
