Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll assist patients who are having trouble breathing due to conditions such as asthma, emphysema, chronic respiratory disease, or emergency trauma. Respiratory Therapists perform diagnostic tests and collaborate with the care team to create a treatment plan. RTs must have extensive knowledge of physiotherapy and cardiopulmonary disorders.
