About our Agency: Our agency opened in 2011 and is a close-knit team of six who work together to support our customers and each other. Before becoming an agent, I had a background in recruiting and also worked as a State Farm team member, which helped shape my approach to building a strong, people-focused team.

I'm a graduate of Western Illinois University and a proud wife and parent of two college-aged children. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and catching local live music. We're also a dog-loving household with two pups.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
