Clinical Exercise Specialist

Overview The Clinical Exercise Specialist administers therapy treatments under the direct supervision oflicensedleader. Provides quality exercise and health education for patients, assuring a safe, pleasant, and professional atmosphere. Productive and efficient in daily operations. Establishes and updates the exercise program to address the Client/participant's needs. Supervises andassistsclients/participants with their daily exercise sessions, ensuring client/participant safety. Provides effective instruction to Clients/participants and their families through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Supports the health education needs of the center. Supports Therapist(s)/Providers in providing effective treatment plans. Documents patient response to treatment. Completes other clinical duties as assigned. Demonstratesabilityto offer support and potential enhancements of services. Education Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Recreational Therapy, Physical Education,orClinical Exercise Physiology. Experience 1 year of clinical experiencerequired. Front desk admin experience Personal training experience Gym coverage We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $23.84 - $36.02 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
