Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear, measurable goals tailored to the unique needs of each client.

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.

  • Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment to support clients during critical moments, developing safety plans as necessary.

  • Lead group therapy sessions, provide psychoeducation, and facilitate support groups that contribute to the therapeutic ecosystem.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s progress and treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist of individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds dealing with a spectrum of mental health conditions. As an LMFT, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other psychosocial challenges.   • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses designed to reward excellence in service delivery.
