Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: In addition to meeting the unit experience requirements, your work experience needs to reflect at least 12 months (1 year) of uninterrupted experience working in the same unit/specialty you’re applying to. 2-5 years experience.

Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit. If multiple shifts are posted, only apply to your preferred shift. RTO blackout: July 4th. Must live more than 50 miles from the facility.

Unit Details: Adults, pediatrics, and neonates. Perform respiratory therapy procedures on patients.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Max RTO: 2 weeks.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
