Accountabilities: The QA Specialist will be responsible for monitoring quality standards, providing actionable feedback, and supporting teams in delivering accurate and consistent patient identity management services. Perform quality assurance reviews of patient identity management work and provide feedback to improve performance. Ensure assigned QA projects meet established quality, accuracy, and productivity standards. Communicate regularly with project leadership and managers regarding quality trends and improvement opportunities. Monitor remote team quality results and provide summary reporting to leadership teams. Conduct coaching and follow-up discussions with team members who require additional support to meet quality expectations. Collaborate on project procedure testing and review client-specific processes with remote teams. Track training completion, assignments, and quality-related updates within project management tools. Maintain accurate documentation of quality reviews, corrections, and process improvements. Assist with task assignments and project coordination activities. Participate in team meetings, QA discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Apply AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows while maintaining security, confidentiality, and compliance standards. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented quality professional with experience in healthcare data, patient identity management, or similar environments. They should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Experience meeting or exceeding quality progression requirements within a healthcare data or quality assurance environment. Ability to work effectively with remote teams using virtual collaboration tools. Strong understanding of complex duplicate validity requirements and healthcare data quality concepts. Familiarity with hospital health information systems and healthcare data workflows. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is preferred. Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, dependability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
