The Ideal Candidate: 4-6 years of accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience. Deep knowledge of US GAAP, technical accounting, and financial reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA required. Bonus points if you have: Experience with SAP S4/Hana and Workiva. Experience with high-growth companies or public filers.
