Job Details Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts) 8 days Pay: $1,889.00 – $1,947.00 per 8‑hour shift Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injury. Collaborate with the skilled nursing team to coordinate care. Document therapy sessions and progress in the electronic medical record. Qualifications Doctoral, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid Massachusetts PT license. Current BLS certification. Experience in a skilled nursing setting (recommended). Proficiency using an electronic medical record system. Social Security Number and date of birth available for verification. One reference from the entire work history.
