General Liability Attorney

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of general liability experience for our Poughkeepsie office. Requirements Demonstrate an ability to analyze issues, communicate regularly with claims professionals, document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently Experience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Hybrid Hours Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely. The annualized salary range for this position is $115,000 to $160,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
