Registered NurseSeeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical float position. This role involves providing care for both surgical and medical patients. Common patient diagnoses include surgical cases and various medical conditions. Nurses will work under established patient care ratios of 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night. There are respiratory therapists available, and nurse aides on the unit have a ratio of 1:15. Nurses are required to float to different units as needed. Weekend shifts are required every other week, and holiday shifts are required every other holiday. There is a call or standby requirement associated with this position. Scrub color is flexible, allowing for any color.
