Fire Team Leader / Ground Force Commander MentorThe purpose of this requirement is to assist with the training of NSWG-1 Echelon IV commands in their preparation for deployment and support the planning, execution, and evolution of Unit Level Training and the Force Development Course.Responsibilities:Maintain relevancy of the FDC framework and intent through regular communication with NSWG-1 LeadershipLeverage existing Command analysis to identify specific, meaningful qualities associated with exemplary leadership and operational outcomes.Identify multiple resources and leaders from all levels for inclusion within FDC curriculum appropriate with Command intent and evolving needsProvide modified course schedule reflecting integration of resources within a high-performance framework, deconflicted for availability of supporting personnelOrganize and execute pre-course planning meetings to ensure coordination amongst all supporting personnel and to establish specific learning objectives for each session within the course.Provide guidance and oversight throughout the execution of each course while facilitating a professional environment focused on established learning objectives.Implement a comprehensive data collection and evaluation process encompassing both subjective and objective measures of value. (ie. Kirkpatrick Model)Provide NSWG-1 leadership with a comprehensive after-action report to include a summary of course activities, evaluation outcomes, best practices, and areas of improvement.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and complete assigned tasksMinimum Job Requirements:Required to hold an adjudicated Secret clearanceMust possess a valid state driver's licenseBachelor's degree in Leadership, Organizational Management or similarExtensive knowledge of, and experience in, US Special Operations.Experience creating, implementing, and evaluating educational and training curriculum.Experience leading cross-functional teams and high-performance models.Education & Certification:Bachelor's Degree is Leadership, Organizational Management or similar.Security Clearance:Secret security clearance is requiredWork Location:Coronado, CAAbout Lukos:Lukos delivers professional services to the Department of Defense.
