Job Title: Litigation Attorney (California or Arizona Licensed) – PI
Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Office/ Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $150,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney licensed to practice in California or Arizona. This role focuses on Personal Injury (PI) and Workers’ Compensation cases, offering an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
*Manage a caseload of PI or Workers’ Compensation matters from inception through resolution
*Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
*Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
*Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements
*Collaborate with legal staff and support teams to ensure efficient case handling
Qualifications :
*Active bar license in California or Arizona (required)
*2+ years of litigation experience (PI and/or Workers’ Compensation preferred)
*Strong courtroom, negotiation, and case management skills
*Ability to handle a high-volume caseload
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
