Job Summary Perform assigned tasks related to the day to day activities of the support department. Provide support via phone, e-mail and Intranet as well as assist internal users with any IT needs such as configuring and deploying computers, mobile devices and applications. Responsibilities include: Provide support to merchants on Restaurant Manager’s core Point of Sale product suite

Diagnose and resolve computer problems and requests from users in a timely manner.

Accurately record requests into the help desk system

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, network equipment, iOS (Apple) and Android devices.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot software packages, including operating systems, desktop software and custom applications

Qualifications: Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction. Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position. Working knowledge of Windows desktop Operating Systems and desktop software including Microsoft Office products

Experience in restaurant Point of Sale applications and/or working in a restaurant is a MUST

Familiarity of Desktop and Laptop hardware components

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to complete tasks on time

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment

Attention to detail

Ability to work as part of on-call rotation to provide after hour support

Willing to travel to client sites occasionally

Ability to work any assigned shift to cover a 24/7 operation.
