Temporary Receptionist

Base pay range $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr Our client, a law firm, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their Chicago team! This position starts asap and will be an ongoing role with the potential to go perm down the line. Location: Chicago, IL Hours: 8am - 5pm *Fully Onsite Responsibilities: Greet clients and guests warmly, building positive relationships and understanding individual preferences. Ensure client comfort and satisfaction through proactive support and personalized service. Maintain client preference profiles and implement surprise-and-delight initiatives. Serve as the main point of contact for client requests, coordinating timely and efficient service delivery. Provide concierge support, including recommendations and bookings for restaurants, transportation, and accommodations. Coordinate catering and assist with event planning, setup, and execution for meetings and special events. Conduct regular floor checks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and fully stocked supplies in common areas. Maintain and restock printers and supplies, deliver items to client desks, and assist with document scanning. Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction. Remain familiar with emergency protocols and assist clients during emergencies to ensure their safety. Ad hoc tasks as needed Qualifications: 1-3 years of relevant experience Well organized and detail oriented Ability to work alongside a team Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various software and systems.
