Operations Lead

Primary Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate daily yard operations to support customer and business requirements.
- Monitor and maintain accurate customer inventory records.
- Oversee the movement of customer materials through the inspection process.
- Ensure timely communication between customers, inspectors, and operations
- Track incoming, in-process, and outgoing customer inventory.
- Coordinate material staging, movement, and workflow throughout inspection
- Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies when identified.
- Maintain inventory reports, inspection status updates, and related
- Support loading, unloading, and handling of materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, yard
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and lead daily operational activities.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as required.
