Finance Manager

IFG is partnering with a high growth, PE backed organization in the northwest suburbs looking for a Finance Manager. This role will come packed with responsibilities to manage the FP&A for the entire company, but also manage a small part of the treasury. 80-90% of the role will be finance/fp&a and the remaining time spent on treasury. This is a high visibility role with the entire organization and to interact with the C-Suite on a regular basis. Compensation is $120K - $140K base plus a 10% bonus. Responsibilities Lead the organization’s annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with leaders across functional areas to ensure financial projections are accurate and to identify, monitor, and forecast key operational and budget performance metrics. Manage financial planning and budgeting systems, maximizing their capabilities and identifying opportunities for ongoing improvements and efficiencies. Establish and implement treasury strategies, processes, policies, and budgets designed to optimize cash management while maintaining appropriate financial controls and safeguards. Oversee and perform daily cash management activities to ensure sufficient liquidity and support ongoing business operations. Lead the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of policies related to capital structure, working capital, treasury operations, cash management, foreign exchange, interest rate exposure, and insurance risk. Collaborate with senior Finance and Treasury leadership and the Chief Financial Officer to develop and implement borrowing, investment, foreign exchange, treasury, financial risk management, and corporate finance strategies that align with organizational objectives. Work closely with Accounting to ensure cash activity, financing arrangements, and other financial transactions are accurately and appropriately recorded. Requirements Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of Finance experience. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis. Experience managing budgeting and forecasting processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience using enterprise budgeting and financial planning software, including NetSuite or similar platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr IFG US
