Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) Schedule & Benefits Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, Monday-Friday, including one weekend per month $7,500 Sign-on Bonus being offered Work today; Get paid today option available Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's Degree Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License Minimum of 3 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting is preferred Prior experience managing staff required Current CPR Certification Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) Responsibilities Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS,NJDOH) Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care Understanding of MDS process, care planning and survey readiness Infection prevention and control knowledge Ability to lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
