Paid Social Strategist

Owning a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Paid Social Strategist will manage Meta campaigns, lead client communications, and ensure campaign performance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategy, and next steps while preparing performance reports Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking, monitoring performance daily Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems Required qualifications 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly with Meta advertising Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently
