Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at HCA Wellness Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting detailed clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients and establishing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based and solution-focused interventions. \n
- Administering a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address the unique challenges faced by each client. \n
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in clinical records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and best practices to ensure patient privacy and care quality. \n
- Engaging in collaborative efforts with a diverse treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to provide a coordinated care approach. \n
- Participating in peer review meetings and case consultations, actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. \n
- Offering education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment pathways, and local community resources. \n
- Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to continuously enhance the effectiveness of your practice. \n
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide array of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid, active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
