Pay Range: $22.17/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Operate high-speed inserter machines, ensuring efficient loading, clearing jams, and unloading of inserted pieces.
\n
• Maintain and troubleshoot printing and scanning equipment, maximizing performance and minimizing downtime.
\n
• Organize and manage warehouse operations, including inventory management and quality control.
\n
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, meeting established performance standards.
\n
• Collaborate with team members to uphold a clean and organized working environment.
\n
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance while interacting with clients.
\n

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

\n

\n

\n
• 3+ years of experience in printing and warehouse operations.
\n
• Strong familiarity with printing, scanning, and insert machines.
\n
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift in a warehouse environment.
\n
• Basic PC skills for equipment operation and troubleshooting.
\n
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent.
\n
• Experience in a roll-fed printing environment.
\n
• Technical aptitude for complex printing equipment setup and operation.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
\n
