Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, outgoing Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapy professionals, you will use evidence-based interventions to maximize functional outcomes and deliver optimal care to adult patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical rehabilitation services to an adult patient population across orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2 to 2.5 patients per hour.
• Implement evidence-based clinical reasoning to design and execute tailored treatment plans.
• Multitask efficiently in a busy outpatient environment while ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA, APTA ethics, and the Texas Practice Act.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, multidisciplinary patient experience.

Work Schedule

• Flexible options: Full-time or Part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
• Standard weekday schedule with optional Saturday shifts based on availability.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Texas.
• Open to all experience levels; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
