Job Schedule:
DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWed08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe site conditions, and report maintenance, policy, and/or security-related issues.
- Assist with de-escalation, directions, and general assistance requests while maintaining a professional presence suited to a hospitality environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
