Sr. Project Management Analyst

The Sr. Project Management Analyst leads and/or provides support for medium to large complexity projects associated with strategic network initiatives for the enterprise. This includes but is not limited to business case development, financial analysis, project and implementation plans, resource scheduling, and other project deliverables as specified.

Essential Functions

• Develops business cases and project plans
• Financial management for projects assigned to the department
• Monitors all department schedules to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.
• Develops and/or maintains long- and short-term project plans to support network related projects
• Creates communication and implementation plans
• Collects and analyzes all necessary data for resolution of problems, issues, and concerns affecting the department.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business/financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job, and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: US pay range: $6,168.90 - $10,898.39 monthly
