Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery, facility equipment, forklifts, trucks, and other equipment as needed.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery, facility equipment, forklifts, trucks, and other equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine equipment and facility maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and air systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues and assist with repairs to minimize downtime.
- Work with PLC-controlled equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and work with 480V three-phase electrical systems .
- Read and interpret blueprints and equipment documentation.
- Prioritize multiple maintenance needs and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with production employees and management.
- Follow established safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Perform additional maintenance-related duties as needed.
- 5+ years of maintenance and/or production experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems .
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and air systems .
- Knowledge of PLCs .
- Knowledge of 480V three-phase electrical systems .
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of OSHA safety requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
