Warehouse ManagerWe are searching for our next ROC Star to join our team as an Warehouse Manager for one of the world's largest gaming companies! As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a warehouse and inventory flow from the warehouse to retail locations. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory performance and performance of two or more Field Reps filling kiosks.Key Responsibilities:Maintain inventory and the security of the inventory in a local warehouseLead and mentor 2 or more Field Merchandising repsSupport the role of the Field Merchandisers following tasks:Driving between local retailers with our vendor's kiosk and replenish inventoryPlace orders for low or out-of-stock inventoryReceive inventory and ship inventoryMaintain a kiosk and do basic troubleshooting as neededReport any deficiencies with the kiosk or inventoryCreate a strong relationship with the retailer with each visitEnsure the kiosk is excellent in appearance with each visit (clean, dust-free, no defects)Load and transport inventory from local warehouse to local retailersUse our fleet vehicle to maintain kiosk inventoryRespond to dispatch calls utilizing a work order system during scheduled shiftMaintain the exterior of kiosks (cleaning, painting, restoring)Secure all company merchandise and ensure kiosks are properly lockedLoad and unload products from fleet vehicle, retailers, and warehousePerform administrative tasks with attention to detail, including work tasks, product orders, fix-it tickets, logging activities, miles driven, meal breaks, and time workedPerform other duties as assignedWhat it Takes to ROC This Role:A strong team leader with a work history that demonstrates a passion for inventory accuracy and organizationStrong attention to detailPunctual and consistentCustomer service drivenAbility to coach and develop team membersRelationship building3 years managing inventory and/or merchandisingHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredDemonstrates inventory/merchandising excellence and competent leadershipProficiency in all MS Office applications preferredAdditional Requirements:Ability to lift 25-50 lbsAbility to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to moving machinery and typical standing, walking, bending, crouching, and stoopingMust be of legal age to rent a car in the assigned jurisdictionMust be licensed to operate a motor vehicleWhy Join T-ROC?Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
