Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, vendor management, and distribution. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to optimize processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and logistics
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and distribution schedules
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and vendor performance
• Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and spreadsheets
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or operations management
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain software
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
