Dean Team Volkswagen of Kirkwood is looking for driven, dedicated individuals that are excited at the opportunity to join a successful team, and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built. Sign-on bonus up to $6k!

What You’ll Get:

- Full reconditioning center – every car is clean, merchandised, and ready to sell.
- Inventory focused on smaller SUVs, import & domestic, under $30k.
- Two full-time buyers bringing in fresh inventory from top auctions nationwide.
- ELEADS CRM system + market-monitoring software to help you price, track, and move cars faster.
- Health, dental, vision insurance + 401k with match. $450/month demo allowance, paid vacation, and flexible hours.
Location Perks: We’re in the middle of luxury and high-volume dealers (BMW, Porsche, Ferrari) and surrounded by prime neighborhoods – Huntleigh, Ladue, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Frontenac, and Clayton.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
