You will be responsible for monitoring fetal health and responding to changes in the patient's condition. You will assist with labor management and delivery of newborns. Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential for optimal patient outcomes. You must complete required health and safety screenings prior to start. Ongoing training and skills validation will be implemented. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to safety protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working with patients and families. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are vital.
