Image Services Support Specialist Responsibility

Understand the client requirements and provide Solution.

Provide end to end support for Image Services applications and integrations.

Work with the customer, offshore team and product vendors for critical incidents.

Deploying Datcap applications in High Availability environment.

Datacap Navigator configurations, Administration etc.

Building Imaging solutions using Datacap 9.0.

Developing Custom Actions using.Net & VB Script for Datcap applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have - Total 7+ years experience in IT. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Configuring, developing, Supporting applications and customizing Datacap 9.0. Strong experience in custom actions development. Strong experience in deployment of Datacap applications in HA environment. Knowledge on FileNet P8.

Good-to-Have - Team Handling Skills.

Understand customer requirements and provide imaging solutions based on Datacap to meet requirements using existing standards.
