Position Title: Senior Financial Advisor

Salary Range: $135,000 - $250,000 / Year DOE

As a Senior Financial Advisor, you'll help successful individuals and families navigate important financial decisions through a highly personalized planning process designed to align their wealth with their values, goals, and vision for the future. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex financial conversations while building long-term relationships that make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and values
• Develop and implement personalized financial plans
• Collaborate with associate advisors to ensure comprehensive client service
• Utilize a specific methodology to communicate financial strategies
• Provide coaching and support to clients throughout the planning process
• Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on high-net-worth individuals

Requirements:

• Advanced degree such as J.D., CFA, CFP, or CPA is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead advisor with a proven track record managing clients with an average net worth of $2 million+
• RIA experience is required for lead candidates
• BA degree is required for all candidates
• Experience in a broker dealer environment is acceptable
• Flexibility in work hours is preferred
