Pristine Cleaning Team, a fast-growing, locally owned cleaning company based in
downtown Frederick, MD, is seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaning Specialist to
join our team as an independent contractor. We have a steady pipeline of commercial
cleaning projects and are looking for dependable professionals who can work
independently, take pride in exceptional results, and confidently operate commercial

What You'll Do:
Perform commercial cleaning services for office buildings, post-construction
projects, and event or venue spaces.
Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
Complete large-floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, burnishing, and
routine floor care.
Ensure every project meets our high standards for cleanliness and customer
satisfaction.
Be alert and observant, proactive and take initiative to solve problems
Represent Pristine Cleaning Team professionally while interacting with clients.
Work independently or coordinate small crews on larger projects.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced commercial cleaning professionals who can hit the
ground running, but we would also consider the right candidate to train. Bilingual
(English and Spanish) candidates are appreciated.

Required Experience
You should have hands-on experience operating commercial cleaning equipment,
including:
Floor buffers
Burnishers
Walk-behind floor scrubbers
Carpet extractors
Steam cleaners
Power washers

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience cleaning the following environments are especially
encouraged to apply:
Event venues
Schools
Warehouses
Office buildings
Gyms and fitness centers
Medical or commercial facilities
Large open-floor spaces

Location
Most projects are located throughout Frederick County, Maryland, with
occasional assignments in Ellicott City and nearby communities for overnight
and/or weekend cleaning. Reliable transportation is required.
Compensation
$25-$35 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, equipment proficiency, and project
complexity.
Projects are assigned on a recurring basis with established rates and expected
hours.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, ideal for experienced cleaning
professionals seeking greater flexibility, independence, and the ability to grow their
income through recurring commercial work. Potential opportunity to move to W2.
