We are seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Physician Assistant to join a well-established outpatient clinic in El Paso, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and self-motivated provider who enjoys working independently while delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Position Details:

• Outpatient clinic setting focused on Family Practice (FP) patients.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required to effectively serve the community.
• Provider will work independently, so prior clinical experience is essential. 

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA).
• Previous experience in a Family Practice or primary care setting preferred.
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel autonomously.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
