Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• References 1 reference within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I agree and am aware that I may be assigned to different locations within Community Health System based on patient care needs. These assignments will always align with your training and job responsibilities. Possible locations include, but are not limited to: Community Regional Medical Center, Clovis Community Medical Center, Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital
