General Manager – Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson
Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson® is located in Stuart, Florida, which is between the St. Lucie River and the Atlantic Ocean, and is known for its coastal beauty, optimal for our Harley-Riders and Motorcycle Enthusiasts! We have a large selection of New and Pre-owned Harley-Davidson® bikes, experienced technicians, and a fully stocked MotorClothes® Department.
Job Description
Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson in Stuart, Florida is hiring a General Manager to join our great team.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure that they are performed efficiently
- Steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned units
- Guide and develop your sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertise
- Use your management skills to forecast and create sales, service, and parts objectives and goals
- Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication
- Develop your sales team by using your leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniques
- Communicate openly and consistently with your team and assess their needs
- Model superior customer service behavior and provide a world-class customer experience
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
- Thorough knowledge of and experience with the sales of powersports
- Proven track record of success managing teams
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Knowledge and desire to develop a sales and service team
- Exceptional face-to-face communication skills, focused on a high standard of customer service
- Organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail
