Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped, rewarding impact without waiting months. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for providing supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Clinical Guidance: BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for additional training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
