Seven Healthcare are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room/Emergency Department for a travel assignment located in bustling Asheville, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 2 trauma and comprehensive stroke center
• Utilize equipment such as Baxter pumps and GE monitors
• Practice effective patient communication and experience management, including AIDET
• Update patient boards and ensure patient status updates throughout their stay
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC Certifications
• 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center with a high-volume ED
• 1 year of experience in an ER setting
• Flexibility to work across all sections within the ED
• Teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback
