Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards

- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all customers

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area

- Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately

- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Uphold health and safety standards in food and beverage preparation

- Engage with customers to enhance their overall experience and gather feedback

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
