Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our academic and clinical gastroenterologist, you will become part of a highly respected Gastroenteroloy team. You will join CHI Health, which is a member of CommonSpirit Health System – The Nations’ largest faith based health system.

Every day you will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services for the full spectrum of gastrointestinal diseases. You will have the opportunity to work with learners, residents and fellows from our Gastroenterology fellowship program at Creighton University School of Medicine.

To be successful in this role, you will be board eligible or board certified certified in Gastroenterology. This opportunity is well-suited for physicians passionate about providing comprehensive Gastroenterology services, a patient-centered approach, and a commitment to collaboration. You will also demonstrate excellent communication, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to thrive in a collegial, team oriented environment.

• Join experienced, well-Respected Gastroenterology providers; with Advanced Practice Providers (APP's) on the team

• Dedicated IBD Specialists, Esophageal, Motility, Pancreatic, and Hepatologists,

• Advanced Gastroenterologists: ERCP and EUS

• Fulfill interests in Clinical research, receive Academic Appointment commensurate with experience

• Flexible Practice With the Ability to Pursue Both Clinical and Procedural Interests in a Growing Division

• Referral Center for Gastroenterological Surgery; with ASC and Endoscopy Center

• On-site, GI Specific Surgical expert, Interventional Radiology, Bariatric, Pathology and more

• MD or DO degree

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine

• BE/BC in Gastroenterology

• Ability to obtain licensure in Nebraska

• DEA Certification

• BLS

Pay Range

$600,000 - $620,000 /Year
