About the Position: Floater Teacher

Are you someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to do the exact same thing every day?

As a Floater Teacher , you'll be a vital part of our school, stepping in wherever you're needed and bringing positivity, creativity, and support to every classroom you enter.

No two days are ever the samewhich means you'll have the opportunity to work with different age groups, build relationships throughout the school, and keep every day exciting and rewarding.

What You'll Do

• Lead classroom activities and lessons when the regular teacher is absent
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Encourage learning through play, creativity, and exploration
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Follow classroom curriculum and lesson plans
• Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create an exceptional experience for every child

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexible, dependable, and ready to jump in where needed
