We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient individual to provide supportive care and assistance to an individual in a home or community-based setting. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping others maintain comfort, safety, dignity, and independence while building a positive and respectful relationship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care support as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support in a respectful and professional manner
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and general household organization
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement within the home or care environment
• Monitor for changes in wellbeing and communicate observations appropriately
• Assist with reminders for appointments, routines, and daily tasks
• Follow care instructions and maintain accurate notes or documentation when required
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, personal support, or related experience preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and respectful approach to client care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and personal care support
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, as needed
