• Position: CVOR Surgical Technician Operating Room Open Heart
• Location: Wenatchee, WA
• Schedule: Days shift, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 10/18/2026
• End Date: 12/26/2026
• Years of Experience: 1 year must include experience with cardiovascular surgeries
• Required Qualifications:
  • BLS certification
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology
  • Current Washington State Surgical Technologist license
  • National Certification by the Association of Surgical Technologists
• Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting during surgical interventions in the operating room
  • Setting up and maintaining sterile fields
  • Using surgical instruments and equipment safely and correctly
  • Handling specimens and performing sponge, needle, and instrument counts accurately
  • Recognizing and reporting equipment issues and unsafe conditions
  • Handling emergency situations as they arise
• Additional Information:
  • Must be expected to float as a sitter, a few times as needed during the assignment.
