Store Manager Trainee
Dollar Tree Stores
Staff Management & Development Recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance. Coaching employees on sales techniques, conflict resolution, and product knowledge. Sales & Financial Oversight Monitoring daily and weekly sales performance against targets. Managing the store budget, controlling labor costs, and analyzing data to maximize profitability. Inventory Control Tracking stock levels, receiving shipments, conducting audits, and preventing shrinkage (loss prevention). Customer Experience Modeling premium service, handling escalations, and ensuring the team maintains a welcoming brand environment. Store Operations & Compliance Opening and closing the store, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations.
