Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families enrolled within our agency throughout Pima County. Our teams will provide you all the training and support necessary for you to grow and succeed in your career at CFSS. Responsibilities A passion for empowering young people with behavioral health challenges to maximize their potential through mentoring, role-modeling, coaching and other individually-tailored interventions. Implement skill‑building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care. Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings. Ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults and work in a strength‑based and family‑centered way. Perform other duties related to the position. Education / Experience One of the following: High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of behavioral health experience. Related Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field. Requirements Must be 21 years or older. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39‑month driving record. Reliable transportation, including proof of insurance. Candidates must submit a negative drug test. Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training. Compensation $20/hr to $22/hr.
