Experience Requirement:New grad or Experienced MD

Partnership Opportunity:Yes, after year 1.

Target Compensation:$600k - $900k plus

Bonus Opportunity: NPC + Individual productivity bonus

Vacation/PTO:20 days + 5 for CME

Target Start Date:ASAP

Current patient volume: 50 - 70 VPD

Support Staff: Scribe + Tech and increases w/ volume.

MDs on Staff: 3

ODs on Staff:No

OD Network: Heavy internal referrals
